4) The Books Thief (1975)

By: Markus Zusak

The Book Thief is the most beautiful writing in any genre. I can bet, this book holds potentiality to snatch the title from that book, which you currently regard as your favourite book.

The book might attract teens more because is has a very omniscient narrator- Death!

The book is set in World War II and talks about a German Girl Liesel Memminger. The book is a rollercoaster of emotions and might make you cry as you reach the end but it lays the moral of our changing society and you changing too by time.
