Gratitude Journal weekly Prompts exclusive by us!
━☞Gratitude is being a trend over social media but it is not meant just for the sake of clicking sweet pictures with #gratitude.... No way!
You really need to do it rather than just being the part of the social committee however I do agree that it might help too as a step onto practicing.
Gratitude is the way of being thankful for everything you own and make it count rather than morning about what you do not have..
Maybe you want a new laptop or of a specific model just for the sake of it and you morn over it but how would it be if you feel good that atleast you already own a good working laptop and a phone to do your things and be thankful for it that makes you happier.
Already stated before- Gratitude is the art of practicing thankfulness and being positive which (i betcha) leads to greater happiness.
Let's Start of with Gratitude Journal Now!!
As you practice gratitude one way to do it and keep a record of you being great full is keeping a Gratitude Journal. You can also find it as a mention in my previous blog
Decide where you will write
All you need to do is first get a Gratitude Journal, you can buy a fancy one, a guided and planned one, a random plain diary.
So, choose a journal in which you can write
Write Regularly
Fix a time when you would fill in your journal. It can be twice a day, once a day, once a week or once two weeks it just depends onto you but make sure you write down good things in it, things you feel greatfull for...
And if you can't stick to a routine then write whenever you feel like so, don't make it compulsory for yourself to write in it even though you don't feel like it.
But make sure not to over do it!!! As experts have found out that doing it occasionally (three times a week) gives you more benefits than journalling daily
Here is a Simple Summary
Duration: 10 mins
Frequency: 1X/ week
Difficulty: Casual
