A structured plan for inner peace☮️ How to create peace inside yourself and your immediate surroundings 🌿

 Let's talk about peace today!!

For this friday, The Productivity and Books Spot brings to you a basic structured plan to create inner peace☮️ peace within you and your immediate surroundings.

If you want a more detailed blog then mail us at- theproductivityandbookspot@gmail.com

Peace stands for:

  •  tolerance for mistakes

  •  settling disputes harmoniously

  • feeling safe

  • prospering without uncertainty of perplexities

  • no existence of biasedness

“As internal peace is an essential first step to achieve peace worldwide”

Let’s begin with some basic and easy steps to do it.

First, learn to calm yourself down

This activity doesn’t require external help or resources but does require a lot of  propulsion, you will have to make yourself agree that you want yourself to calm down.

You can learn this with experiences you often have in your daily routine. Maybe while you have an argument with someone so why to lose your temper? Instead take big deep breaths and try to calm yourself down.

Why this technique really works is that it helps you to realise the way you really want to handle the situation instead of catching Frenzy.

Second, learn to forgive yourself and others

Mistakes are made by everyone because nobody is perfect. In fact your computer too might make mistakes sometimes. In these situations when you make mistakes and you do realise it don't punish yourself for them or claim that you can't do a thing properly instead tell yourself "Hey! It's alright. You did it the way you thought it was best, maybe it can be better the other way…"

If someone else makes a mistake maybe someone I your home then don't go "Are you a fool? Why did you do it this was? It is so wrong!" Instead understand the situation, the person, the effort hey made and speak- "well this thing too might be correct but try it the way I tell you"

Third, respecting and accepting each individual just the way they are

In your immediate surroundings of an Indian family I really like the concept young lads are taught from a very young age, to respect the opinion and accepting the opinion of everyone whether it be a younger sibling or an elder family member.

Everyone's idea is as good as the other and to create peace that is harmony and acceptance, let's appreciate everyone the way they beautifully are and not what they are not.

These three tips take a bit more time to inculcate in day to day life but for instant results for creating peace in yourself and your instant surroundings try these activities:

Practice Mindfulness:

The ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we're doing is mindfulness and this helps to calm inner self and live in the moment by creating mindfulness.

Practice Gratitude and maintain a gratitude journal:

It just means to be thankful for what you have, what you can do and what happens with you.

Gratitude Journal-It is just as a diary where you write about things you love and things you greatful for...

Write down your daily reflections, what made you feel happy and also write down and count all blessings and thank god for that.

Check out my own detailed blog about practicing gratitude and also on maintaining a gratitude journal

Worry less:

Worry can keep you up at night, distract you from work and affect how you treat people, that's why it becomes more likely that you loose temper.

Enjoy 'Me-time' :

Enjoy yourself, your interests and spend time with yourself, this helps you to stay happy and distract from negativity

See failure as a learning curve:

If you fail don't panic out but think that it is just not the way to do it. Try something better.

Well, I hope this plan helps to make inner peace and to tackle situations in a better, more appreciable way🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿

This is all for today, be patient until we bring next post on Friday and practice inner peace.
